First Class/Jersey Vest with sleeves

Dear Sir

I have made a purchase of about 1400 at Reliance Fresh, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, AP.two days back.

One of the items purchased is Jersey Vest with sleeves-Three Pkts. I saw 95 size on the top pack and expecting that the other two packs below it are also 95 size picked them without ferifying. I used reliance one card no.6048631000186946.

On opening the pack today I found that one pack is of 95 size

and the other two of size 85.

I went to the store for exchange. Unfortunately the receipt is misplaced and the shopkeeper refused the exchange. Though it is important to have the receipt, it is requested that thje shopkeeper may be permitted to do exchange. In future we shall take proper care of the receipt.

2.This is the only store which gives gifts only on Saturday and Sunday while most other stores the offer is daily. Dont u want people to buy on other days?
