Courier not delivered

I have sent a courier on 17th of December for Ludhiana, however it is still not reached there.

My consignment number is D26273520 and the delivery address is as follows;

I have tried many times to reach by phone, but no one is picking up phone. Please help.

I found in online tracking that the courier is in pending status. This is not acceptable from first flight courier company.
