The consignment number: S60115406 booked on 28th Dec’2010 from Cuddalore Manjakuppam Branch, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But still it is not delivered at Customer Place. But as per first flight commitment the consignment should reach on or before Thursday itself (30.12.2010).

Kindly take necessary steps to deliver the same today itself, since the customer ready to move to Nigeria, South Africa tomorrow (02.11.2011) afternoon. Please do the needful.
This is very worst service and not reliable service also nobody is responding in Gujarat & Mumbai office. In this regard i have sent 4mails to Chennai / Mumbai / Ahmedabad office.
