Non delivery of Consignment

My courier which was despatched by ICICI DIrect on 25th of November was delivered at a wrong address in Bangalore on 27th of November. I called up the executives to find out the reasons of the same. But the Bangalore office and the concerned people are playing hide and seek with me and also avoiding my phone call now days. Kindly help me in this regard
