Not recieved my consignment

Dear sir/madam,

my consignment no. is-U41969866 and i havn't recieved my consignment yet. it was despatched from patna on 18th august and after arriving at nagpur it got locked. I don't know what is house locked. Please do something for this problem which i am facing.
