I wish to highlight the pathetic service from M/s First Flight couriers in dispatching a consignment addressed to me. A consignment (envelope, not necessarily to be handed over only to the addressee) was dispatched to me on 26th May but I did not receive it even after 2 full weeks. As per the status on their website, they have tried to deliver for 7-8 days and reported "door locked". They could have handed it over to one of my family members staying upstairs in the same house, or at least left a note at the door asking me to contact them after the 2nd or 3rd attempt. A simple thing has been really complicated by the lackadaisical attitude of the field staff.
All clients who read this article please think twice before approaching this courier company for any service.
