Annoying behaviour of employee

Dear Concerned,

i enquire about one of our warrant which was despatched from mumbai, and i was suppose to receiev the same today but on calling courier office the person online said that i have to send somebody to collect the packet, when i opposed and said its your duty then person started behaving rude and said in that case we will not deliver it today, it will given tommorrow only.this kind of behavoiur is untolerable.
