I am a regular customer of This courier service but now I am un-satisfied with their service charges within the region. I am regularly sending daily consignments to Jaipur/ Gurgaon/ Delhi/ Mumbai from various locations of Rajasthan. I have recently send a consignment from Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) to Jaipur and they have charged Rs. 20/- for that consignment. The consignment No. of above shipment No. was R15276193. I have sent another consignment from Bikaner (Rajasthan) to Jaipur through consignment No. R15379611 and they have charged Rs. 40/- from me. What is this? Would they like to brief about this that how can differ the both charges with in the same state/ region. Now I am shifting to Overnite Express till their reply.
