Non - receipt of my consignment

Dear sir,

I have sent a consignment through courier services. The details as follows -

Origin - Anpara

Destination _ Mumbai

Date of despatch -17/11

Consignment No. J38704671

When I am tracking it to find out the status of receipt, it is showing that it is still lying at Kanpur since 18/11.wheras it should have reached to Mumbai on 19/11. First Flight is not co-operating. Pls. help at appropriate forum.
