I was working as Regional manager at Parwanoo with Flamingo Pharmaceutical Ltd., 7/1, corporate Park, Sion-Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400071.My Emp.code was194402 .I resigned on 12-04-09 and since I was not having P.F.number so I sent my PF withdrwal form to Company for attestation which they confirm that they have recieved. They further claim that they have send the form to the concerned deptt.but till date there is no information.

Kindly look into the matter.
