First we travel to Sri Lanka, through your company .last year, .and we had a very nice experiencs... So we booked this year for Kashmir-Ladakh and paid all amount, without any bargain, and we have been CHEATED by giving us very poor hotels and vehicals... We have given them, name of hotels, but they have provided low gread hotels, by telling that they are equvqlent to same...
