We are writing this mail with deep anguish. The foll Company :

We had booked curtains worth Rs.41500 with the company under which one of them was Rs 1550 per meter with a satin silk lining (added cost). We agreed to taking the curtain along with the lining. After a week of delay, the curtain was delivered to us with a different lining! When confronted they said the lining was not available and asked for some more time! We, then also said, "no problem, u take a week more", now he comes with a diff material and says we need to take this as they have only that. If we dont agree to that, then we need to take the curtain without the lining!!! We were shocked, after discussions we told him we may need to take this to Consumer forum as the curtains lining is extremely expensive and you cant thrust an alternative on us. He said " Do what you want". We are extremely hurt, offended, have wasted huge amount of time and money (we have paid them an advance of Rs 25000) and want justice. We sincerely hope this Forum gives us justice and ensures that we get a fair amount of compensation.
