I got cheated by this company. I ordered flowers and cake for this valentine's day to be delivered to my wife in India. The flowers i ordered were in a heart shaped arrangement and the cake was a black forest case. The pictures of the cake and the flowers looked very nice and that's why i ordered through them. But, they delivered all withered roses (all are bad ones). There was no heart shape nor there was any arrangement with leaves. Instead of black forest cake they delivered good for nothing bad plain vanilla cake. I feel cheated and robbed by them. I called their customer service number many times and no one pick up the call. I don't know what i can do?
has anyone got similar experiences with them? Stay away from these fraud online florists. They are greedy and they falsely advertise their products.
