My no. is 9815004869 which i hav ben using frm last 8 yrs i went 2 canada in august n came back in nov bt my no. wasnt working anymore so i went 2 local airtel office on nov 15 who asked me 2 fill up form n submit my ids n pay Rs 150 for duplicate sim which i did immediately bt den dey didnt start my service in d said time den i cald upon d nodal office n den appellate department bt rather den solving my problem dey were giving me technical excuses n asked me 2 buy a new no.i hav been calling dem 4 ovr a month n dey hav nvr responded me back (not even a single cal or reply 2 my email)
i hav been travelling overseas a lot n dat is d only contact no i hav provided 2 all my contacts n links, my lawyer n even in d foreign embassies n i can afford 2 loose dat no.i always maintained dat d companies in india work in a professional manner bt m dejected 2 find out dat rt frm d local airtel office 2 d appellate department most of d personnel r unprofessional n dnt even know d basic language 2 b used in customer service.
