Dear Sir,
My self and my friend Balaji, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-400) on October 14th From Saravana Stores, T.Nagar. But after 5 days i saw problem in my handset (Key pad not working- some of the buttons is not working) I already gave my mobile at Customer Care at Velacherry (Shiva Communication--owner is chandra mohan and his mobile no-9442772760) on 27th October and the service people told that we can get the mobile with in a week. We went after a week and asked, got a reply saying there is some problem (defect piece) with the mobile we will give you a new mobile with-in a week. But till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there every 2 days once and calling them often the Executive telling me "THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THE MOBILE FROM THE CENTRE, WE ARE WAITING FOR THAT" This is not good answer from the Customer care Side till today 30-days (around one month) are going but no answer from the Customer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needful in the matter.
