please find my below complaint posted on 20th Nov. still we didnt any responce and now we facing very poor customer service.

Un-satisfied with B400

Dear Sir,

My self and my friend Balaji, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-400) on October 14th From Saravana Stores, T.Nagar. But after 5 days i saw problem in my handset (Key pad not working- some of the buttons is not working) I already gave my mobile at Customer Care at Velacherry (Shiva Communication--owner is chandra mohan and his mobile no-9442772760) on 27th October and the service people told that we can get the mobile with in a week. We went after a week and asked, got a reply saying there is some problem (defect piece) with the mobile we will give you a new mobile with-in a week. But till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there every 2 days once and calling them often the Executive telling me "THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THE MOBILE FROM THE CENTRE, WE ARE WAITING FOR THAT" This is not good answer from the Customer care Side till today 30-days (around one month) are going but no answer from the Customer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needful in the matter.

Now after 2 months we got the DOA certiciate to get a new mobile for the same. but still we didnt get the same. we have already talked to Fly customer care and as per their request i have sent a mail to "[email protected]". below is the mail content. Still we didnt get any responce.

Hi,

I have purchased Fly B400 mobile on November month and it got a keypad problem after one week, hence I gave the mobile in fly-service centre and after a month we got DOA form to get a new one.

The service centre guy asked me to get the mobile from fly dealer, when I went to get a new mobile the dealer showed mw only 2 fly mobile models and asked me to choose whatever I want, but I was not interested to buy any of the models, when I asked of other models he is not responding well and asking me to take the mobile which he have. The Shop (Saravana Stores) in which we have bought the mobile are also refusing to give a new mobile of my choice, asked me to get the same from dealer which is taking lot of time.

So please, kindly request you to give approval to get mobile from the shop which I bought the mobile.

SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD?

DO LET ME KNOW WHERE SHOULD I APPROACH FOR THE SAME TO GET QUICKER RESPONCE?
