Complaint against Planet M Store Vashi

I bought a Fly Dual Sim phone B720 few months back. It was under 2 years of warranty.

Almost 2 months back it stopped working n then i visited the store for getting it fixed.

They took the charger & phone with assurance of getting it done in 7-10 days time frame.

Even till today i am struggling to get my phone & charger back in working condition.

It s been a consistent pain of following up with the Planet M Vashi team & their no response attitude.,

Kindly see as i am really disappointed by the post sales customer care which does nothing but

harassment.
