I am going through since 8th June, 08, the day when I purchased my FLY Mobile, model SX210 from HOTSPOT, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi. As FLY SX210 model was nice looking and have good features as compared to other mobiles in this category so we decided to go for it. As FLY mobiles are not so promulgated so we were agog after having FLY!

But purchasing FLY mobile soon changed from a pleasant experience to a scourge. The charger stopped working with in 3 weeks of purchasing the Mobile. So on 28 June I went to Patparganj Area service center and got the charger replaced but this is not the end of surprises. On the very next day even the replaced charger stopped working and continuously floating " Invalid Charger" message on the screen, Adding to above after some days I discovered that even the Lead provided alongwith FLY is out of order!

Since then My charger have been replaced 3 times and once I have been charged also for replacing the Pin and that too when the mobile was under warranty!

But all these are mere incidents as compared to the problem which I am facing since 1 month. On 6th Dec, 08 I discovered that the Screen is not showing anything, so I immediately take my mobile to service centre. There they told me that the LCD has stopped working and needs to be changed. They promised me that I will get my mobile back with in a Week. But still after a month I am waiting for my mobile. Every time I called them I got the sale reply that they are waiting for the LCD screen and within 2-3 days it would be ready. So since one month I am without a mobile!
