TOUCH SCREEN AND CALIBRATION NOT WORKING

I already submit a complaint on22/11.But till date there is no response on your part. My mobile phone's touch screen and calibration not working on 16/11 onwards. I purchased it on30/07 at Twins mobile communications, Trivandrum. I entrust the said mobile to your authorised customer sevice centre ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED ON 17/11 with original bill and warrenty. The service centre authority informed and assured me that they are not having the spares and with in four working days the defect will cure of the said phone.

But till date my said mobile's defect is not cured and not handed over to me. So kindly take necessary steps to cure the defects and hand over me with in 02 days, other wise i will take asppropriate action against you.
