I bought a Fly Lx 500 from Top Ten Mobile Store on 19th August. I got the phone home connected it to the computer. while it gets connected in data storage mode it fails to connect in PC-Sync mode even after installing the requisite software available in the cd. I cross checked even with the dealer and even he couldnt find a solution. He advised me to visit the service center at Accel Frontline Ltd., Sagar Tech Plaza, SakiNaka. Since then i have paid numerous visits and have called up the service center. The only reply i get is the fly engineer isnt free today, he is busy in some meeting or he wont be able to attend today. Being a working person it isnt possible for me to visit ur service center every now and then.
