VERY UNSATISFIED with SERVICE CENTRE

Dear Sir

This is to be inform you that I have purchased a handset of FLY LX-500 on 10-04-08 but it's Keys are not working properly I have deposit my handset to the service centre (Suri Telecom, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092) as on 23.10.08 vide TAG No. 119 but till today there is no response from the customer care. I have gone many times to service centre but repetedly they say that AAJ SHAAM KO AA JAYEGA HEAD OFFICE GAYA HUA HAI. Several times I called them but the answer is always same. I just want to know, if you have no service for the same then please exchange my handset with a new set. The problem will get resolve automatically. But the process that service centre is doing is not efficient to the customer it is harashment of customer. This fullfills dissatisfaction in customer which cause whole of the market.

Please do the needful & revert me on the following no.
