Regarding Fly DS-400

Dear Sir,

My self Rajanikant Kakade, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY DS-400) From Eitmart, Nashik. Problem with the mobile is it is not giving battery back up well. if charger is removed the handset is switching off giving message battery is low. I have deposit my handset to the service centre, SerWings Enterprises on 19/07 vide job sheet no. 3856. Very first time the handset was received by company for this problem and was repaired after about 2 months. but after checking to the store it was found that 1st sim was not reading, So Again submitted to same store. Now the problem is the person is saying that company is not receiving the handset, it will take time. Till today there is no response from the customer care. I have gone many times to service centre but repetedly they say that THODA TIME OR LAGEGA., but till date they are not giving satisfactory answer. Now three month are passed when will i get the handset repaired. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.
