Subhiksha mobile store has closed, What about the 2yr warrenty?

I purchased Fly mobile E300 from Subhiksha mobile store in sep 2007.

On that time, Subhiksha mobile store announced 2yr warrenty on purchase of moblile.

But now Subhiksha mobile stores has closed in delhi.

What about the 2yr warrenty? Who takes theresponsiblity?
