I have purchased a Fly mobile hand set model number E-300 (item code 357423010152125) vide cash memo number UP/01064/00001/2494 from MMX Mall, Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad on 25-May. Pl. find atteched herewith my mobile bill scanned copy. And My Mobile is in Warranty Period.
The set is having following defects;
1. Key Pad is not working properly.
2.Mobile hand set polish is being detach/clean-up, so hand set is looking very bad and old condition.
3.Battery back-up is very-very less.
Firstly, I contacted to your authorised Dealer-Essar Telecom Retail Ltd (THE MOBILE STORE), Shop No.12, MMX Mall, Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad, and as per Fly representative who was available in this dealer shop said me that they could not rectify the problem and can not change Mobile set/hand set pannel (Body) which polish is being detach/clean-up and return me same.
After that, the said set was given at authorised service centre, Deep Services, 2A, Shree G Market, 129, Nai Basti, Ghaziabad on 7-Sep. The service centre owner said me that they could not rectify the problem and company could not change hand set pannel (Body) which polish is being detach/clean-up and return me same.
Now i am suffering from my MOBILE HAND SET PROBLEMS from last one month.
I tried contact to M/S Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd on given phone nos. -011-41759175/76, 09910235378 many times, but these nos are not working presently.
So, in last i would again request to you that please rectify/replace my mobile set with new set immidiately to end my sufferings. otherwise, if action is not taken my fly meridian mobile ptv ltd.with in 2-3 days then i am going to give my complain to THE HONBLE NATIONAL CONSUMER, DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION AT NEW DELHI, and THE HONBLE STATE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL, LUCKNOW.
