Respected Sir/Madam

i purchased a Fly SX200 on 20-07-08. After 15 days I got some charging problem in my phone. Then i decided to go for customer care. I went their and show my phone to them. They told me that we are unable to repair your phone right now. You have to leave your phone for 20 days, we will sent your phone to Major repair center. I left my phone there for 20 days. I spent these 20 days without any phone because i don't have any other phone. After 20 days I call them up and ask for my phone. Then they told me sir we are unable to solve the problem. You have to leave this phone along with the charger for 8 days. I left the phone and charger for the 8 days. After 8 days i agin went to them and they handed overthe phone to me with out charger by telling that they have lost the charger and they will provide me with another new charger after three days then only the phone handed over by them to me will start working. then i came up to them after three days as committted by customer care but they again told me to come after 8 days for receiving my phone charger, giving me lame excuses.

I want to know what is my fault? Why should i suffer for all the problems which are caused by the Fly Company. Is it my fault that i am paying a large amount of money for such type of worst quality product and customer care like hell. Now a days where every one have a phone to use. Is it possible to spent even a single day without phone? Its a mental torcher, time loss and fiancial loss suffered by me for so many day from the said company who are providing the worst Quality product and Hell like customer service where i found that ven for a small problem they have repeted line for every customer"Sir, you have to leave your phone for 15 - 20 days, would you like to leave your phone" otherwise go to hell, we cann't do anything. If their is any law with the customer. Please follow that law against this type of worst customer services. I want to warn Fly company that if they will continue with this type of services to their customer. It could create a very big Issue, which can affect the existence of Fly in India. So its my Humble request to you people please Don't try to make your customers to cross the limits. I am very confused that you people are Connecting People OR Harresing People. So I am again requesting you to take it serviouly and kindly try to solve my problem
