Complaint on Fly Mobile Services

I have given my cell phone to fly service centre Vikas Puri for repairing on 04/12/08 parts to be repaired are LCD and USB. They hads given us the time 2 weeks but now it has been more than 3 weeks and we haven't got our Cellphone. However, the cellphone is still under Warranty Period.

Cell Bought On 10/06.

Amount: Rs 8, 925

Document Code We Received from The Service Centre is: SSC001B0302

When we call the service center they said that parts are not available and told us to contact after 2 days and when we contact them after 2 days again the same reply from them. Then we contacted MR. Bajaj (9811836764) Head of Fly Service Centre, Delhi. He said it will be repaired with in 2 days and told us to contact them after 2 days when we again called him he said that ask me next day and he said he will call us but didn't got any response from him.

So Kindly step into the matter and provide us the resolution from this Problem.
