SUB – Complint against Mobile Company & Services Center of FLY MOBILE.
Respected Sir,
I beg to say that I am AMIT KUMAR KAR S/o Shri ARUN KUMAR KAR. I bought a mobile of Fly SL600 Metallic black, IMEI NO:353185010150995, Rs 6400/- (Six thousand four hundred rupees only) from SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICE LIMITED, near C-21, main stand Bhajan pura, delhi-110053, Bill no:353609, on date 08/03/08. The phone on August had some problem that it does not displaying anything in screen. So, I took it to a nearest service center – TELE TALK COMMUNICATIONS, C-21, main chock, 1st floor, Bhajan pura, delhi-110053, E-mail: [email protected] .they check and told me that the t-flash of the phone is destroyed & said that, they change it and they took no charges for this complaint was the phone in warranty period. For about two months continiously they always refuses me for many reasons. On the third month 18/10/08, they told me that we could not repair it, you should take it to Nehru Place Service Center, and they had changed my IMEI NO: also which is now IMEI NO:353185010147538, and with it they did not give me any documents with it, just they add the new IMEI NO: in the bill and put a stamp of the TELE TALK COMMUNICATIONS, by the The Manager, MR. Vashistha only, on the date 22/10/08. I went to Nehru Place Service Center, ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, 601-604, Ashok Bhawan, 93, Nehru Place, New Delhi-NP., E-mail: [email protected]. They told me that, t-flash was broken and it was opened in another anywhere. But I told them my phone is on warranty period, So why id I take it to another place, I took it to Fly phone service center TELE TALK COMMUNICATIONS which is registered by Fly phone.
Finally they call me and said that you have to pay minimum about of APP. Rs 700/- (Seven hundred rupees only) So I agreed. Then I went to Service Center on the date 28-11-08, then they replied me that the Motherboard of phone is dead & change a new Motherboard of phone for this. Then they said me that you have to pay minimum Rs 1700/-(One thousand seven hundred rupees only). And I send an E-mail to Fly Company in their website on 12/12/08 for this problem. But there is also, no reply come from their side.
So I finally request to you please Sir, take some action against them & solved my problem. Either I will take some Legal Steps against this. And send thid problem to Jago Ghrahak Jago they register & my reference no.165253.
