Fly sl-600
Delay and no satisfied ansfer from the customer end

Dear, Sir/Madem

my self shiv kumar chauhan I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY SL 600) From YADAV COMMUNICATION, Pattaudi, GURGAON. But after 2 month i saw problem in my handset (Auto on off and bettary bacup) I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at gurgaon (Adonis Servise Centre 022 - 25421948) on 04/09/02008 as per the suggetion from LAlit watch company, but till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there the Executive told me "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR GOING TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE AS & WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME" This is not good answer from the Custmer care Side till today 15 days are going but no answer from the Custmer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.in my case i though fly not providing the good service.please return my mobile.
