NON AVAILABILITY OF MONILE SERVICE CENTRE

Sir,

I have purchased a Fly SX 390 from Essar Telecom Retail Ltd on 15/01 vIDE INVOICE NO WB/01078/00001/8420 & IMEI No - 357486010223600. Since last four months I had frequently visited a No of mobile stores in Dum Dum jurisdiction to purchase the battery and the mobile charger from any outlet nearby Dum Dum. No one could ever help me out to purchase the same. As a result the mobile set is of no use to me. I had to purchase another mobile set to meet my necessity. Is it the right way that you had sold the set but you are unable to provide service in future?

May I request to guide me the right so as I could get my set started again by purchasing the mobile charger and the battery.
