Unsatified with service centre of FLY

I bought a cellphone (Model No. fly V-100) of company 'FLY' on date 30 may from AAR KAY TELECOM (Inderpuri). On date 4th August I found that my cell is not working properly, it was not having the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' in Rajouri garden from where I was sent to Nehru Place of FLY company on date 16 sept. They people Checked my cell physically and found that there was LCD Problem which needed to be replaced but after 6 days of submitting my phone I have'nt got it yet.and now they are asking for 1 week more and still they are not confirmred whether it would be repaired or not as the LCD has not been sent by the fly mobile to them. Due to such neglegence i had to waste almost my 6 hours as there was so mush of rush in the service centre.
