Please Help me to recover payments

Hellow everyone,

can any help me to recover the payments from these clients, to whome we provide the services yet not paying.

i m ready to pay 10% of commission on all account.

there is more than 50 clients who dont pay us even after the works is completed way months back.

please advise me any recovery agency who can help me to get collection of payments from them.
