FOOD- RICE Served not of Good Quality & Non Responses and usage of high tone

DEAR Sir,

I went into the hotel named Vasantha Bhavan In Anna Salai chennai to take my lunch on 14 sep 2009.

i took the token worth Rs 37 for taking lunch and the same was served.

i taking little bit rice i felt it is very hard to chew and it had a piercing effect in my mouth.

i complained it to the hotel staff and in turn they responded that this is quality which we will serve if you want to take this or else leave the place like this they responded. Even some of my fellow diners raised this issue but in Vain.

my request is that the same thing sholud not be reapted again in the same hotel and also in other hotels

please take an action which you deem fit.

hoping for reemdy to hundreds of our Indian citizens who fell victim to these type of non complainces and letharguc attitude of personal in adhering to the provision basic needs for which they are paid.
