I bought a ford fiesta on 15.10.2008 from capital ford, bhubaneswar. during delivery of the car, i paid for the accessory "leather vinyl seat cover" approx rs.11, 000. the company mechanic damaged it during its fitting. when i found this flaw, a informed the senior sales manager mr. amulya. he told me that since they didn't have any other seat cover in their stock, they would replace it as soon as the new stock arrives. but till now they have turned a deaf ear.
