Used to be a die-hard Tata Motors Fan... but this is changing... Pretty Bad Experience at Fortune Motors, Thane... had gone for a simple service... was told that i should be changing a lot of parts.took their advice & spent 17, 000 Rs. When I got the vehicle out... realised that there was very high oil leakage (multiple drops every 3 seconds)... told them so... took the vehicle back when i could... was told that the turbo is leaking and that this was a "pre-existing leakage" and that i will have to pay 30, 000 to repair the same... if this was "pre-existing leakage" how come they did not realise this in all the time that the vehicle was with them 1.5 days)... it was not in their estimate... how come i did not see any oil leakage earlier... how come they tell me at delivery time that i will be incurring this cost in future if the leakage already existed??..this is my third bad experience with them. everytime they request me to give excellent rating in the call from Tata Motors..feel sad that i did so earlier... need some serious help from the company to sort out the same.
