No not working

Dear sir,

My name is BALRAM TRIVEDI, mob no-09015383485

i applied for new postpaid connection 24jul 09.

my documents were collected by Monu (field executive-m/s pase global pvt limited, mahipalpur) one of your local vendor.the field executive providing me a postpaid sim also

After submition of my document there is call from reliance customer care no (011-32079044, mr.samerer) came. He told that sir your no will be started within 3-4 hours.).

but yet 5 days spent mine no is not started. I callede his no much time but all time phone no swithched off..

My connection is not started now, hence causing me huge losses and mental tension.

i request you to take immediate action against this ageny otherwise i ll be forced to go to consumer court.

and i want apologies from the employees
