Courier not deliverd nor returned

Espected sir,

my name is vishal khillare i had sent one courier no. A95044021 on dated 30th August in favour of Mr. Hrishikesh upadhyay to pune by FRANCH NETWORK EXPRESS PVT. LTD. from their retailer PRAVEEN ENTERPRISES, Nayanda halli, Bangalore. The courier havent delivered to the concern reciepent nor it sent back to me, though i have given full address and phone no. on the envelop. The peoples from these FRANCH COURIER saying me that the courier havent delivered because of DOOR LOCKED.These people charging for 50 rs. for a 20gm courier and dnt have a Single rupee to call the reciepent. Please take the hard action against these FRANCH NETWORK EXPRESS PVT. LTD. Thank you
