Non credit of purchase amount

I had invested rs. 10000/- online thru the website of FT India Mutual fund on 25.10.09. But despite having received the money, as confirmed by my bank and also by FT India MF themselves, they have not allotted the units to me nor statement has been sent to me. Even nobody is answering mails in customer service where I have sent about a dozen mails. I don't know where my money has gone or who I should contact now.
