Recharge not done but amount is deducted from account

I have recharged for Rs. 222 from freecharge.in on Nov 13. But I didn't receive balance and the recharge was unsuccessful (but the amount was dedcuted from my bank account) and even I have received an email from freecharge.in stating that my transaction is unsuccessful and the amount will be refunded to my account within 3 to 7 working days. But I didn't receive the refund till now. I have contacted the bank and they said that in their enquiry there were told from the merchant (freecharge.in) that it is a vaild transanction. I have been contacting freecharge.in customer support many times but they were keeping on saying that the refund instructions have been given on 23rd November and you will receive the refund within 7 days. But I haven't received the amount till now. I do purchase many times through online websites and if in case amount is deducted accidentally it will be refunded within 3 days. Freecharge.in is the worst website I have seen and the customer support is very lazy and I would never suggest this website for anyone.
