I was never re-interested in using a Credit Card after my abroad trip as I always thought plastic money leads to excess expenditures.
I have received calls from MAA branch for free cards and the say, " you have been chosen from our bank for free life time card".
And after some time they want you to submit your salary, address n various proofs... I dont understand that at the very first place on what basis did they choose your (individual) name if they dont know about your salary information.
Then they keep on troubling you on and off during weird hours asking for confirmation for your age, address, company... blah... blah..blah.
Once you are through with this stupid and irritating procedure of proofs they again want you to show proofs..."WHY" n send there excecutive at your place...
I have had this experience and I am sure majority would agree that we are so tight with our daily schedule that v dont even have the time to breathe n these call centre jerks keep disturbing you and if you show disinterest they hang the phone on you... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TEACH THESE ILLETERATE SOME PHONIC MANNERS OR JUST CHUCK THESE IDIOTS OUT...
I have been banking with ICICI for ages now and trust me CALL CENTER really disappoints the entire reputation of the Bank...
Its really sad to see at one end these Bank people are just great n fabulous at their work and at the other end they fail basic mannerism...
I would like to complain about this Mumbai Call Centre girl, Vidya, who lacks basic courtesy and she needs to go back to school to learn how to talk... She has inherited a disguisting Slang and horrundus speech.
I hope you all will look into it as I personally dont want you guys to loose your reputation like this...
All the best and please inculcate some desency to your CALL CENTER STAFF.
