Free recharge /cc avenue
Money debited

Hi I am Rekha. I am having account in SBI, Hyderabad, in my account some debit entries are made through CC avenue. After writing several times they are not responding, why the debit entries are there.

Only for the last entry they had given reply, that it is for some mobile recharge. order no: 2104100 & told me to contact [email protected].

but the mail id is not valid... I had also written to free recharge, but could not get any response.

pls look into the matter. Ask cc avenue to provide me the transaction order. & free recharge to provide me the detail for which no. the recharge has been made.
