i have taken airtel broadband service. my landline number is 08042283168 and my name is Bibhuti shankar. my contact number is :9986672221. i have some issues with the broadband actually its not working. i called customer care they told it will be resolved within 24hrs. But till date 4th may its not resolved. Daily around 4 to 5 times i am calling them but the same promise and words they are saying "i can understand your problem sir". they are making me fool. my complain number is 45814576. and i spoke to tarun (manager), pavitra (manager) and malik (engineer), badrinath (pl).
i reaquest the team to please take care of my complain and these people who very much careless.
