Dear sir,
I purchage your product (freeze 165 ltr) in February, after 3 month it start to show fault, last two times it stop cooling. I give a complaint in customer care about this. Your care executive said to attend the complaint within two/three days but your engineer came after 5/6 days and said to take the freeze in thier shop. They mantained it. But now it make a noise during working as an engine.
It is samefull for your product to give such performence.
I complaint today (compalint no.- HR0809008195) about above said fault, your executive say to attend the complaint by today evening on priority.
Now its time to see your commetment.
