Damaged lenses in pack

I had bought colored lenses of brand Freshlook from Solar Vision, a dealer in Nashik, for Rs 600. After two days when i opened pack to try lenses, i found then in torn condition. I launched complaint with dealer but there is no response from his side with excuse that Freshlook company is not ready to accept the this is possible
