Dear Sir,

Myslef, Tom Mathew have applied for my new passport on (30/12) in Bangalore passport office and till this date I didn't got my passport. On inquiry I have been informed that the verification certificate from my permanent resident place in Kerala is not recieved. And when I inquired in Kottayam Passport Verification Office they never recevied any such verificaiton inquiry for me.

I initiated a second verification certificate in Bangalore passport office on 27/02. It seems that the second verification process also got lost in between as it never reached Kottayam Passport Verficaiton Office untill today.

I have an employment offer letter received from Bahrain. However, I am not being able to proceed for it due to the delay to passport. I am requesting you to kindly expedite the process.
