Sevice is blocked

My mobile number is 9730483070.My service was blocked due to non-availability of documents. I have submitted the said documents 10 days before, but still my service is not yet started.

I had submitted my documents at Airtel shoppee, Sadanand Hotel, Market yard, Sangli- Maharashtra.

And when i ask them why my service is not started yet then they don't respond me properly.

plz do start my service
