Refund of Security Deposit

This complain is registered a more than a month back to customer care executive.

Yet no actions are taken, I am always said you will get your refund within 10 days...

I have deactivated my no. 99677 70750 in month of January and that point of time I was said I will get my refund within 45 working Days.

I am suppose to get a cheque of Rs 536/-

So please help me on this...
