FURNITURE BAZAR/DINNING TABLE
NON-REPLACEMENT OF DINNINGH TABLE CHAIRS

Dear Sir/Madam

We have purchased dinning table from FURNITURE BAZAR (Kharghar, Sector-07, Navi Mumbai-410210), adivision of food bazar, Future Group on 11.10.2009. The said consignment was delivered on 14.10.2009 with damaged chairs. At the time of installation when we reported the matter to FB they told to replace the chairs withing a week but it didn't happened. On 27.10.2009 we loged a complain with FB on there register and constantly followed up the complain for more than 5 times after that but till today the chairs are not replaces. We are unable to use the damaged chairs. It's a loss of money we spent in buying the dinning table.
