This is with regad to the Furniture store located at Tippasandra named Krupa Agencies. We wanted to buy a wooden wardrob and in continuance of the deal we gave him advance of Rs 2000 and the balance amount was to be given at the time of delivery. Inspite of requesting the bill the owner refused to give the bill saying it's not a problem and that if you want to buy the bill will not be provided or else cancel the deal.

The advance was made on Saturday - 8th Nov 08 and he made the promise to deliver it on Sunday 9th Nov 08, however after repeated follow up (personnaly going to the store and aksin the status he failed to deliver the wardrob till Wednesday 12th Nov 08. After repeated insistence the owner refunded the advance after exchanging heated argument with the Owner.

The seller inspite of making assurance failed to deliver the wardrob and also was very arogant in dealing and went to the exent of abusing and threatening us of the dire consequences. He had used my money for close to 5 days returned after so much of hardship.

He needs to be asked question as to why the seller refused to give the bill for the sale & also the failing to keep up the timelines for delivery inspite of making several assurances.
