I had applied for cancellation of my policy 00009180. This was forwarded to a agent. He in turn forwarded the same to a internal employee Farheen. From what i know the internal employee (Farheen) of future generali did not forward on time. According to the letter received on 30th August Ref 50023020/00009180, i will not be getting my refund.

I have lost my money with FutureGenerali for nothing.
