Dear Cocnern

Pls note that my wife has applied for Add on card under the offer that was running in your store months back. Her sister card nos 5522751401000801 in the name of Manmeet Dhanjal is the primary card holder but very sorry to say it is being 4 to 5 months but still the card is not sent.

Every time we visit your store in Kolkata City center 2 showroom they extend the time to another 45 days. I have sent a mail on 17 June, 24 June, 01 july and last mail was sent on 6 July but till now I have not got any positive reply from the company. It is really sad to know that such a big brand cannot keep their promise and customer has to follow up with them for months.

Pls resolve my problem else I would move to consumer forum with all the bills and proofs.
